We have a well-equipped infrastructure base. We have equipped all the modern machines for designing power supplies as per client need. This allows us to successfully cater our production targets of different range of power supplies. These tools and technologies help us to provide these power supplies as per the set industrial standards. We have constructed various divisions in this organization to deliver the offered power supplies in an organized and flawless manner within the scheduled time-frame. Apart from this, these units are facilitated with sophisticated machinery. All these endeavors help us expand our horizons towards the fulfillment of future requirements. We are supported by modernized facilities, which enable us to fulfill the requirements of our clients with maximum efficiency.

The units in our facility are:

• State of the art SMT line ( Juki –Japan ) with ESD safe Environment
• Fully automatic in-house Ferrite coil assembly line comprising of CNC machines, Dipping Machine, transformer testing machines and taping machines.
• Semi Automated test beds for testing SMPS and Battery chargers
• Load converters for heat/soak test
• In-house validation lab

Daily production capacity

• With over 3000 sq feet of space and use of state of the art automatic equipment, we have a daily production capacity of over 250 units. This helps the company to meet the requirement of its diverse customers and deliver Zero defect products at a very short notice and with maximum quality checks.
